The next meeting of the TLLRWDCC is scheduled to be in Austin, Texas on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 10:0 am CST. Deadline for submission for import applications is Thursday, January 2, 2025, for export applications the deadline is January 22, 2025.

The following meeting is tentatively set for Thursday, April 10, 2025 in Odessa, Texas. Deadline for submission for import applications is Thursday, March 6, 2025, for export applications the deadline is March 26, 2025.
